We had the twin room which was beautiful and new-fashioned with had a lot of space. The staff were really good and exceptional, ready to any request.

Everything is first-class here, had a good stay for one night and then two subsequent nights the following week. Helpful staff and lovely location make it a great choice! The airport is 20 km away. The rooms are quiet and elegant with the big windows, a couch, for instance.

The location was marvellous and pleasant, just a short walk away from a commercial and recreational park. The food was excellent with a wide array of choice! In general the staff were incredibly welcoming and incredible.

Location: the hotel was close to good eateries, many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and Andino Shopping Mall and the " better " neighbourhoods.

The Sicilian pastries at breakfast were a heavenly delight, setting me up for a day of culinary adventures! Plus, the nearby eateries like Ritual Cafe and Kukaramakara made it easy to satisfy my food cravings after exploring Parque 93.

The location around Parque 93 offers access to great restaurants and cafes. My room in the Junior Suite had a decent layout, but the absence of air conditioning affected my comfort during the night. It was tough sleeping with open windows because of street noise. The staff were quite friendly, even if communication was tricky sometimes. Breakfast lacked variety, offering just basic items like coffee and bread. There were cleanliness issues as well. I found some mold in the shower, disappointing. I appreciate that the hotel provided a welcome drink and included some amenities, but I expected more from the dining options. It was a mixed experience.

The lack of complimentary bottled water upon arrival is unacceptable!!! Noise from the street and cleaning staff made for an unpleasant atmosphere. The absence of a corkscrew in a hotel bar is baffling!!! They should definitely improve their communication with guests!!!

Who knew? Not me!
The location is fantastic, with safe streets and plenty of lovely restaurants within walking distance. My room was clean, and the staff's friendliness. Just be cautious if you have mobility issues as facilities may not be suited for everyone. Breakfast was decent but could use some variety.
